Insurance Assistant – Motor Insurance Operations

About the role

The role supports daily motor insurance operations for retail and fleet customers, ensuring quotations, approvals, policies and customer requests are processed accurately and on time. It is based in Dubai and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily motor insurance operations for retail and fleet customers.
• Handle quotations, policy issuance, renewals, endorsements and cancellations.
• Review and approve requests according to the authority matrix and underwriting guidelines.
• Enter and update policy details accurately in the system and maintain records.
• Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, agents and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in motor insurance.
• Basic knowledge of motor insurance principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
