Integrity Engineer

About the role

ADNOC Distribution is hiring an Integrity Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The role coordinates and maintains integrity-related procedures and the Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for facilities through the Integrity Management System (IMS), supports the Asset Integrity Policy and Framework, and provides technical integrity input.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the IMS database and applications and develop procedures for IMS implementation, reporting and auditing.
• Coordinate data gathering and quality checks between the Integrity unit and Maintenance, Inspection and Operations before updating the database.
• Issue, review and update the written IMP for all facilities, implement it and evaluate its effectiveness through verification or audits.
• Ensure new plants, equipment and structures meet integrity requirements and compatibility with specifications before dispatch, and inspect and prepare technical reports on them.
• Update IMS technical reference manuals through risk assessments and threat analysis reviews of assigned pipeline segments.
• Monitor the technical integrity of plant equipment, highlight overdue inspections, critical recommendations and plant failures, and coordinate resolution of integrity issues.
• Define IMP re-assessment intervals and preventive/mitigation measures for all assets.
• Follow up approved recommendations through site visits, establish consistent reporting formats and interface with other disciplines.
• Take part in HAZOP studies on new electrical equipment, Root Cause Analysis of incidents and audits, tracking audit action items to closure.
• Coordinate quarterly integrity reports for management and shareholders and gather data for the division's weekly integrity report.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
