About the role
Penspen is seeking an Interface Manager to lead the coordination of communication, physical and contractual boundaries across multiple teams, contractors and stakeholders on large EPC oil and gas projects.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, coordinate and resolve all interface issues between disciplines, contractors and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Interface Management Plans (IMP) and the interface register.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Address scope gaps and ensure regulatory alignment, particularly with ADNOC requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
- Minimum 20 + years of experience handling large EPC oil and gas projects.
- Mandatory experience with ADNOC processes and stakeholder management.
