Interface Manager

About the role

The Interface Manager will be based in Abu Dhabi and will act as the central point for managing all internal and external interfaces on a major offshore project. The role ensures seamless coordination between the client, PMC, EPC contractors, vendors and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan (IMP) and Interface Register.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering interfaces across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, telecom, civil and structural disciplines.
• Facilitate interface meetings, track actions, and escalate critical issues to project management.
• Integrate interface requirements with the overall project schedule and identify potential bottlenecks.
• Manage interface-related risks and support mitigation measures throughout engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up phases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized university.
• Significant experience on Oil & Gas EPC/PMC projects, preferably offshore facilities.
• Proven experience in interface management and coordinating multiple EPC contractors, vendors and third‑party stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ADNOC or ADNOC Offshore projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.

• Interpretation of engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
