Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join its UAE team on newly awarded projects across multiple sectors. The role focuses on post‑contract commercial administration, supporting the delivery of high‑profile developments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare re‑measurements, interim and final account payment applications.
• Produce monthly cost reports, manage variations and contractor claims.
• Handle provisional sums, prime costs, nominated sub‑contractors, insurances and bonds.
• Attend design and commercial meetings and provide technical input.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying from a recognised university.
• Minimum 2 years post‑degree experience in contracts and commercial management.
• Background in consultancy or client side for at least 2 years.
• Experience with FIDIC contracts preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Cost X or similar quantity surveying software.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
