About the role
Royal Health Group AE is seeking an RCM Internal Auditor Cum IP Coder with UAE healthcare experience to translate services, diagnoses and procedures into standardized codes while ensuring compliance and accurate billing.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Translate healthcare services, diagnoses and procedures into ICD‑10 and CPT codes.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in health information management or a related field.
- Previous experience in IP medical coding is mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ICD‑10 coding system.
- Proficiency with CPT coding system.
