Internal Auditor

About the role

The Internal Auditor will support the audit team in planning, executing, and reporting audit assignments, ensuring compliance with internal audit standards and best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in audit planning, execution, and reporting under the direction of the Senior Auditor.
• Conduct interviews and walkthroughs with process owners to identify risks and assess controls.
• Prepare risk registers, develop audit work programs, and perform audit tests using computer‑assisted audit techniques.
• Document findings, recommendations, and follow‑up actions, and attend opening and closing audit meetings.
• Assist in monitoring implementation of audit recommendations and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, Financial Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant audit experience, including internal audit.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and operate with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience with computer‑assisted audit techniques (CAATs).
• Strong report writing and documentation abilities.
