About the role

This position offers the chance to build a new geographic market for a leading agri‑chemical manufacturer, focusing on fertilizer sales across the Americas. The role is based in Dubai and involves extensive interaction with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fertilizer market in the Americas.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in international markets.

Required profile

• Strong background in sales, preferably within the agri‑chemical or fertilizer sector.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
