International Logistics and Fulfillment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced International Logistics and Fulfillment Manager to lead our B2C logistics operations across the UAE, USA and Europe. Based in Dubai, you will own end‑to‑end order fulfillment, partner management and inventory processes while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international B2C logistics and order fulfillment across multiple regions.
• Lead a distributed logistics team, set priorities and ensure accountability.
• Oversee relationships with courier companies, freight forwarders and logistics partners, negotiating pricing and service levels.
• Supervise inventory, stock availability, warehouse processes and the Unleashed WMS.
• Coordinate procurement, supplier contracts, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, analyse operational data and implement cost, speed and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical Support to resolve operational issues and enhance customer fulfillment.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, fulfillment or supply‑chain operations.
• At least 2 years of direct people‑management experience overseeing logistics professionals.
• Hands‑on experience with international B2C fulfillment and major couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS).
• Proven track record of improving logistics processes using data‑driven decisions.
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2 level).
