International Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Real Estate Masters Dubai is seeking a confident, multilingual International Real Estate Sales Consultant to represent the company at property exhibitions, roadshows and sales events worldwide. The role involves frequent travel, meeting international investors and promoting Dubai’s off‑plan property market.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at international roadshows, property exhibitions and sales events.
• Travel frequently to various countries according to business needs.
• Promote and sell Dubai off‑plan properties to international investors.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas clients and partners.
• Conduct professional property presentations and investment consultations.
• Follow up leads generated through events, campaigns and referrals.
• Negotiate and close property transactions while maintaining accurate CRM records.
• Achieve individual and international sales targets and stay updated on market developments.

Required profile

• Previous real‑estate sales experience (strongly preferred).
• Fluency in at least two languages.
• Valid passport and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to work with clients from diverse cultures and nationalities.
• Professional appearance, confident personality and strong networking skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and results‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work outside normal office hours during international events.
