Inventory Controller

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory Controller to oversee the accuracy, movement and management of vehicles, parts and accessories at our Abu Dhabi dealership. The role ensures stock integrity, prevents losses and supports sales, service and after‑sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify all incoming and outgoing stock of vehicles and parts.
• Conduct routine stock audits and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze sales forecasts and demand trends to keep optimal stock levels.
• Support procurement planning by identifying fast‑moving and slow‑moving items.
• Coordinate replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Liaise with sales, service and parts departments to align inventory with operational needs.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management decision‑making.

Required profile

• High School diploma or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in inventory control or stock management, preferably in the automotive industry.
