Customer Service & Operations Executive APAC (Fixed Term)

About the role

Huda Beauty, a beauty brand launched in 2013, is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service & Operations Executive to drive B2B customer experience and operational excellence across the end-to-end order journey. The role covers orders, sales, inventory and service levels, and is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end order process for B2B customers and influencer/PR orders, from order transmission through delivery and shortage resolution, with the Assistant Manager.
• Proactively manage order amendments, short-dated stock, long-term out-of-stocks and shortages, and communicate order and shipment updates to customers.
• Provide weekly order tracking and landing reports, and support new B2B customer set-up with distribution centres (DCs).
• Support new product listings with Marketing and Regulatory teams, keeping documents ready and aligned on registration timelines.
• Validate purchase orders, support inventory accuracy with DCs against Microsoft Dynamics, and coordinate special customer requests such as ad hoc over-labelling.
• Manage customer returns (RTVs), resolve pricing and PO queries with Finance and Commercial, and monitor DC performance with monthly KPIs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and carry out other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in the consumer goods industry (cosmetics) and APAC experience preferred.
• Understanding of end-to-end operations and transactions within an ERP.
• Great communication skills and ability to liaise with many internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in data analysis and trends using Microsoft Excel.
