Investigations Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a seasoned Manager – Investigations to lead its investigations team at the upcoming integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves overseeing complex investigations, ensuring compliance, and supporting a safe, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct complex investigations, request video coverage, and initiate engineering work orders.
• Document incidents accurately and produce investigative reports, including missing property and misconduct cases.
• Gather and secure evidence, maintain chain of custody, and coordinate with police or regulatory authorities.
• Mentor and motivate staff, manage performance, and foster an inclusive team environment.
• Collaborate with other investigative departments, share details, and provide follow‑up to affected individuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable interacting with executive leaders.
• Ability to work flexible shifts according to business demand.

Required skills

• High proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience using database programs for investigative documentation.
