About the role

WallStreet Oasis is expanding its Mentorship Program and seeks experienced finance professionals to join as Investment Banking Mentors. You will work remotely, providing personalized guidance to students and early‑career professionals preparing for high‑stakes finance roles.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 coaching sessions, including mock interviews, resume critiques, and career advice.
• Optionally lead small cohort groups through structured preparation for IB and PE recruiting cycles.
• Contribute to content development, enhancing financial modeling and interview‑prep materials.
• Share real‑world insights and high‑quality feedback to help mentees succeed.

Required profile

• Professional experience in Investment Banking or related areas such as Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or Sales & Trading.
• Current or former Analysts, Associates, VPs, Principals, or Engagement Managers.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Detail‑oriented with a consistent, actionable approach to advice.
