Investment Operations Manager

About the role

Dubai Holding Investments is seeking a Manager to support the operational and administrative activities of its diverse investment portfolio, including private equity, credit, and hedge fund platforms. The role offers exposure to multiple investment strategies and requires strong coordination with internal teams and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Track and process capital calls, distributions, redemptions and subscriptions across multiple funds, maintaining accurate commitment and liquidity records.
• Maintain and update fund performance, exposure and liquidity databases, supporting quarterly reports and audit requests.
• Review operational due‑diligence reports from third parties, coordinate document collection for new fund investments and manage ODD tracking tools.
• Monitor subscription/redemption timelines, liaise with custodians and fund administrators to ensure timely settlement of transactions.
• Provide data and support for annual fund audits, tax filings and maintain internal controls and documentation.
• Coordinate with fund administrators on NAV reporting, reconcile data and flag anomalies in management and performance fees.
• Design and improve operational workflows, lead automation initiatives and maintain capital tracking models and waterfall calculations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in fund operations or administration, preferably within a fund‑of‑funds or multi‑manager platform.
• Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of fund structures (LP/LLC), capital calls and waterfall mechanics, with proficiency in Excel and data management.
