About the role
The IPO Senior Specialist will work on a temporary basis at ADIB Group’s Al Bateen Building in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Shareholders Services Lead Specialist, the role supports internal branches and external callers with IPO‑related queries. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality support for IPO activities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls regarding IPO inquiries, ensuring callers receive timely and accurate information.
- Provide branch teams with support and answers to IPO‑related questions, helping them resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks related to IPO processes, maintaining accurate records.
Required profile
- Demonstrate ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deliver accurate, valid and complete information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills when interacting with callers and branch staff.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
