Islamic Finance Executive - Auto Finance

About the role

The Islamic Finance Executive – Auto Finance (outsourced) will drive the sourcing and delivery of Sahel auto‑finance products for ADIB Group in the UAE. The role focuses on building relationships with business entities, processing Murabaha contracts and ensuring compliance with ADIB policies and UAE banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Source Sahel auto‑finance products to target segments and achieve or exceed assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with business entities and individuals that generate business.
• Visit potential companies/institutions to finalize deals within ADIB’s turnaround time.
• Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, verify documents such as bank statements, passport copies and salary certificates before forwarding to DSPU.
• Execute Murabaha contracts, prepare files per checklist and coordinate card issuance within 24 hours of signing.
• Ensure applications are error‑free, monitor file activation and notify RSS of any delays.
• Collaborate with inter‑departmental peers to ensure smooth business flow and participate in promotional activities.
• Cross‑sell other banking products and escalate customer complaints to supervisors when needed.

Required skills

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s retail banking products and services.
• Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills and computer skills.
• Good understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations and associated risks.
• General awareness of local market competitors.
