IT Compliance Associate

About the role

The IT Compliance Associate will strengthen IT audit, technical documentation and knowledge‑management practices across Nexus Solutions’ critical IT environment. Working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders, the role combines practical technical understanding with rigorous documentation and process discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a prioritized inventory of IT systems, processes, procedures and existing documentation.
• Develop, approve and store SOPs, runbooks and process maps in a company‑controlled knowledge base with clear ownership and review dates.
• Validate documentation through hands‑on testing to ensure procedures can be followed without undocumented assistance.
• Identify and register documentation gaps, continuity risks and control weaknesses, assigning owners and tracking remediation actions.
• Create a hand‑over package that defines standards, ownership, review cycles and next steps.
• Maintain documentation standards covering version control, approvals and change history.
• Continuously update the central knowledge base to keep documentation current throughout the engagement.

Required profile

• At least 48 months (4 years) of experience in IT compliance, audit or related documentation work.
• Strong ability to translate technical processes into clear, step‑by‑step procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and a disciplined approach to process improvement.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional IT and business teams.
