About the role
Raqmiyat LLC, part of the Al Ghurair Group of Companies, is hiring an IT Desktop Support Engineer in Abu Dhabi. The position is full-time, onsite and lasts 12 months, with the possibility of extension. Only UAE nationals / Emiratis are eligible.
Required profile
- UAE nationality / Emirati citizenship (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
- Experience supporting desktops and laptops
- Ability to provide technical support to end users
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi
Required skills
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Basic hardware and software troubleshooting skills
- Experience installing and supporting desktop applications
