IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will lead the implementation and management of the hotel’s IT strategy, ensuring systems are secure, scalable and aligned with group initiatives. This role supports both colleagues and guests by delivering reliable technology services in a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation of the Hotel IT plan, adhering to budgets, timelines and service level agreements.
• Oversee day‑to‑day IT support, network infrastructure (LAN, WAN), hardware configuration and user access control.
• Lead AV services for meeting rooms, events and VIP guests, ensuring smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Group IT and Head of Tech to apply enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Maintain IT security standards, conduct regular system assessments and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in international hospitality or a blue‑chip organization.
• Strong interpersonal and budgeting skills, with a good understanding of hotel operations and guest information systems.

Required skills

• Microsoft Certified Professional (or equivalent).
• Expertise in network infrastructure (LAN, WAN) and hardware configuration.
• Experience with audio‑visual (AV) equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT processes, databases, applications and IT security standards.
