IT Executive

About the role

Join Aman Group as an IT Executive in the Dubai corporate office, reporting to the IT Technical Infrastructure Manager (EMEA). You will be the primary on‑site technology lead, delivering day‑to‑day support and ensuring a seamless, secure experience for colleagues across the office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for users, handling laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and business applications.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID) and manage user accounts, licensing and permissions.
• Manage endpoint security through multi‑factor authentication, conditional access, Intune device enrollment, compliance policies and Windows Autopilot.
• Maintain meeting‑room and collaboration technology for executive meetings, presentations and hybrid events.
• Oversee IT asset inventory, procurement, warranty claims and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including account provisioning and device deployment.
• Support network infrastructure, office moves and technology projects while preserving business continuity and documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT support or desktop administration within a corporate environment, preferably multi‑site or hospitality.
• Proven experience as the sole or primary IT support presence in an office.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance and application deployment.
• Windows 10/11 administration; familiarity with macOS, iOS and Android support.
• PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting (desirable).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
• Understanding of identity and access management, MFA, conditional access.
• Endpoint security concepts (EDR, DLP, encryption, phishing protection).
