IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and technically strong IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves managing and supporting enterprise‑level Microsoft‑based infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services.
• Design, implement and maintain storage solutions and backup strategies.
• Perform network administration, troubleshooting and ensure connectivity.
• Monitor infrastructure health, apply security best practices and respond to incidents.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide end‑user support.

• Experience in enterprise IT environments is preferred.
