IT Manager (Digital Marketing & SEO)

About the role

Kshetry & Co. is seeking an IT Manager to lead its digital marketing and local SEO initiatives across multiple locations. The role focuses on enhancing the firm’s online presence through Google Business Profile management, website oversight, and coordinated social media activity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Google Business Profile (GMB), including posts, reviews, Q&A and business information.
• Improve local SEO visibility and search rankings.
• Oversee website content, coordinate technical updates with developers, and manage hosting, domain and vendor relationships.
• Plan, create and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and respond to digital enquiries and reviews professionally.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, GMB insights and social media metrics, preparing periodic reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Practical knowledge of Google Business Profile setup & management, local SEO, social media and website management.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Digital Marketing, Google Analytics GA4, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint) are preferred.
