IT Network Administrator

About the role

Kitopi is looking for an experienced IT Network Administrator to manage and support its LAN/WAN infrastructure across the Middle East. You will work closely with IT, Integration, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable network performance for its fast‑growing cloud‑kitchen ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and support Kitopi’s LAN/WAN network infrastructure across multiple locations.
• Configure and troubleshoot Fortinet, Cisco, and Ubiquiti UniFi network devices.
• Provide Level 3 support for complex network and security incidents.
• Resolve tickets through Jira within agreed SLAs.
• Deploy, maintain, upgrade, and replace network equipment.
• Develop monitoring, management, and automation solutions.
• Create and maintain network/security standards, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, processes, and security procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with FortiGate firewalls.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
• Cisco CCNA‑level knowledge.
• Upper‑intermediate English communication (B2 or above).
• Ability to manage priorities and meet SLA commitments.
