IT Onsite Support Technician

About the role

We are seeking an On‑Site IT Support Technician to deliver 1st and 2nd line support in a modern, Intune‑managed corporate environment. The role combines endpoint management, Microsoft 365 user assistance, and professional AV collaboration technology support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on 1st and 2nd line support for Windows laptops, desktops, mobile devices and meeting‑room PCs.
• Manage the full device lifecycle – enrolment, Intune registration, Company Portal configuration, application deployment, compliance troubleshooting and device rebuilds.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange, and resolve authentication/MFA issues.
• Deliver AV and meeting‑room assistance for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Biamp, Cisco, Poly and related audio‑visual equipment.
• Log and resolve incidents via the client’s service‑desk platform, maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to change‑management procedures.

Required profile

• Proven experience providing IT support in a corporate setting, preferably within a law firm or legal services environment.
• Strong client‑facing attitude with the ability to support senior stakeholders and handle urgent issues discreetly.
• Solid understanding of Windows 10/11 endpoint troubleshooting and Active Directory/Entra ID administration.
