IT Project Manager (UAE National)

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead and govern the group’s IT project management methodology, ensuring consistent processes across all business units. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality IT services that support the mission‑critical systems of Al Rostamani Group while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PMO in scoping, planning, resourcing and reporting on IT projects in line with best‑practice standards.
• Govern, control and promote a unified set of IT processes, including change, documentation and quality management.
• Oversee change request lifecycle – building, testing, implementation, documentation and risk management.
• Maintain relationships with IT departments, vendors and internal customers, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Manage supplier contracts and align them with internal IT service level agreements.
• Develop, motivate and empower project staff to achieve objectives efficiently.

Required profile

• UAE national with a proven track record in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of IT governance, change management and documentation standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive projects to successful delivery.
