IT Project Manager – UAE National

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead and govern the end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects across Al Rostamani Group, ensuring alignment with business requirements and high‑quality service delivery. This role focuses on maintaining consistent IT processes, managing change requests, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the Group’s mission‑critical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the PMO in scoping, planning, resource allocation and reporting for IT projects following best‑practice methodologies.
• Govern, control and promote a unified set of IT processes, including change and documentation management, to ensure consistent service quality.
• Oversee change request lifecycle – building, testing, implementation, documentation and risk management – in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with IT departments, vendors and internal customers, managing SLAs and supplier contracts.
• Develop, motivate and empower project staff to achieve objectives aligned with the IT strategy.
• Manage project financials, ensuring delivery within approved budgets.
• Assess demand requests, prepare proposals, support procurement and monitor execution, handling escalations as needed.
• Mentor business and IT teams in solution selection and provide input for service enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field.
• PMP certification (mandatory) and 3‑4 years experience as a Project Manager.
• Additional certifications such as PMI‑Agile, ITIL and Scrum are preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a commercial mindset.
