IT Sales Executive – ERP & SaaS Products

About the role

The IT Sales Executive – ERP & SaaS Products will join AIBITON Technologies in Dubai to drive sales of the company’s enterprise software portfolio. You will work on‑site, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and will act as the main point of contact for both new and existing customers in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads for ERP, CRM, RPA and AI‑based SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and prepare tailored sales proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information in the CRM system.
• Participate in marketing activities, events and outreach programs.
• Provide market feedback to product and management teams.

Required profile

• Strong track record in IT sales, specifically ERP and SaaS products.
• Experience in lead generation, account management and long‑term client retention.
• Good understanding of ERP, CRM, RPA, AI and cloud‑based platforms.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Prior experience selling enterprise software in the Middle East is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
