IT Sales Executive

About the role

The IT Sales Executive will lead a small sales team to drive revenue for ANIMA Tech Solutions in the UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage 1‑2 Sales Executives, set targets and monitor performance.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold outreach and strategic partnerships.
• Achieve and exceed the monthly team sales target of AED 300,000 by conducting discovery meetings and presenting technology solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, develop a pipeline with at least 3× monthly target coverage, and provide regular sales reports.
• Build long‑term client relationships, ensure smooth handover to implementation teams and address client concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide recommendations for positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience, at least 1 year in a sales leadership role.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets exceeding AED 250,000 per month.
• Experience selling software solutions such as CRM, ERP, workflow automation or SaaS.
• Strong understanding of the UAE SME market; UAE driving licence preferred.
