IT Solutions Analyst – Travel Technology

About the role

Provide techno‑functional support for corporate travel technology solutions, including GDS platforms, online booking tools, API integrations, B2B/POS systems, and expense management platforms. Collaborate with business teams, customers, and vendors to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and support project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for travel technology solutions, gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of business and technical objectives.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot GDS‑based solutions (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre) and coordinate with vendors to ensure system stability.
• Manage integration, configuration, and maintenance of Air and Non‑Air APIs, validating interfaces and ensuring seamless connectivity.
• Provide techno‑functional support for Online Booking Tools, B2B portals, POS systems, and expense management platforms such as SAP Concur.
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and change management activities across stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in travel technology or large travel companies.
• Strong corporate travel business knowledge and demonstrated project‑management capability.

Required skills

• Experience with GDS systems: Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre.
• Working knowledge of Air/Non‑Air APIs.
• Hands‑on exposure to Online Booking Tools (OBT, B2B) and POS systems.
• Basic SQL/database querying.
• Programming knowledge (Python, C#) – a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing/ITSM tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
• Experience with expense management platforms (e.g., SAP Concur).
