IT Supervisor (Part-Time) – Emirati Talent

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Supervisor to join Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi on a part‑time basis. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth operation and security of all IT equipment while delivering excellent service to hotel guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the operation and security of all computer hardware and related equipment.
• Serve as the primary contact for servicing computers, printers, telephones and interactive systems.
• Maintain inventory of office and computer supplies and keep hardware/software logs up to date.
• Document hardware configurations, telephone system settings, and manage MPT line information.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, key‑lock systems and other devices.
• Handle user access requests and authorisations for systems such as Windows 2000, Email, Opera, Micros and Novell.
• Respond promptly to user queries and provide effective technical support.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in an IT supervisory or similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
• Strong command of English and ability to diagnose and resolve subsystem issues.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure.
