IT Support Engineer – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Al Ain. You will deliver day‑to‑day technical assistance to end users across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business applications, ensuring smooth operation of our IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, network connectivity, software, and hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain endpoint devices, meeting‑room equipment, and related hardware.
• Support Microsoft 365 services such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Office apps.
• Administer Active Directory accounts, groups, permissions, and password activities.
• Manage equipment provisioning, allocation, collection, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents via the IT ticketing system while maintaining documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, warranty support, and escalations.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or desktop support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and customer‑focused communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
