IT Support Engineer – First Level Technical Support

About the role

Merveille Investments LLC is seeking an IT Support Engineer to deliver first‑level technical assistance and ensure smooth operation of its IT infrastructure across the Dubai office. The role involves handling desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and supporting end‑users in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices.
• Respond promptly to help‑desk tickets, emails and calls.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Manage user accounts, password resets and access permissions.
• Document support requests and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure compliance with security policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of IT support or help‑desk experience.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic networking concepts.
• Hardware troubleshooting.
