IT Support Engineer – MENA Region

About the role

Join Brain Co. as an IT Support Engineer supporting a fast‑growing team across the MENA region. You will own the help desk, onboarding, off‑boarding and access request processes while collaborating closely with Security & IT.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support for 70+ employees on macOS and Windows, both onsite and remotely.
• Own Day 1 onboarding: account creation, device provisioning and Okta setup.
• Manage off‑boarding: disable accounts, revoke access and recover equipment.
• Handle access‑request queue, fulfilling approved requests within a 2‑hour SLA.
• Support conference‑room AV and maintain office network infrastructure.
• Act as the IT point‑of‑contact for MENA offices, handling remote support and hardware logistics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of IT support or help‑desk experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Comfortable working with Okta for provisioning, groups and SSO troubleshooting.
• Experience running onboarding and off‑boarding workflows with a strong security focus.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage multiple open requests.
• Clear communication with non‑technical employees and ability to work independently.

• SOC 2 access control or IT audit exposure (bonus)
• Basic scripting in Python or Bash (bonus)
