IT Support / IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support / IT Administrator to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance to our staff in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing hardware, software, and network services while ensuring smooth operation of our office IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to employees, handling laptops, desktops, printers and other equipment.
• Support Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, and user account management.
• Troubleshoot network, Wi‑Fi, internet and system issues.
• Coordinate with Etisalat and other service providers as needed.
• Manage user access, permissions, backups and basic cybersecurity measures.
• Install and configure software and hardware, maintain asset inventory.
• Support meeting rooms, video‑conferencing and office IT systems.
• Liaise with vendors for servers, network and other IT requirements.

Required profile

• Relevant IT qualification.
• 3‑5 years of IT support or system administration experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting abilities.
