Solutions Engineer – Remote (UAE focus)

About the role

The Solutions Engineer partners with sales and delivery teams to discover customer problems, validate technical feasibility, and design AI‑driven solution concepts that can be handed off for implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with prospects, uncovering business problems, current state, and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into solution mental models using Napster’s AI platform and validate high‑level feasibility.
• Build and present demos or proofs of concept that demonstrate real business value.
• Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, handling product, API, LLM, architecture, and competitive questions.
• Develop strong customer relationships, address security and compliance queries, and represent customer feedback internally.
• Create documentation, guides, and FAQs, and package the validated solution for a clean handoff to Delivery.

Required profile

• 4+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting, or a similar pre‑sales role, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including C‑suite executives.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning loosely defined problems into structured, sellable solutions.
• Experience collaborating closely with Sales, Delivery/Professional Services, and Product teams.
