About the role
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide desktop support and troubleshooting for around 100 end users, both on‑site and remotely, in a fast‑moving Dubai environment.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and maintain hardware, software and mobile devices.
- Ensure network connectivity and AV equipment are operational.
- Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly.
Required profile
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Legal right to work in Dubai.
Required skills
- Desktop, hardware and software support experience.
- Mobile device management.
- Network and AV equipment troubleshooting.
