IT System Administrator

About the role

Easygenerator is a fast‑growing EdTech scale‑up that builds award‑winning e‑learning software for global enterprises. As an AI‑first company, it is looking for an IT System Administrator to manage its worldwide Microsoft 365 environment and strengthen its security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer global Microsoft 365 tenant(s) (E3/E5) across multiple regions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Lead the enterprise identity strategy with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, RBAC and Privileged Identity Management.
• Implement Zero Trust principles, least‑privilege and Just‑in‑Time access models.
• Administer Microsoft Intune and Windows 365, create device compliance policies, security baselines and Autopilot provisioning.
• Own the Joiner‑Mover‑Leaver lifecycle, global laptop provisioning and IT asset inventory.
• Operate Microsoft Defender suite, configure Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, Insider Risk) and respond to security incidents.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of enterprise Microsoft 365 administration experience and at least 1 year with Microsoft E5 security capabilities.
• Experience working in a multi‑region or global organization.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented and security‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access.
• Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365, Identity, Cloud Apps).
• Zero Trust architecture and identity‑first security models.
• Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, Autopilot provisioning.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, SOC 2 and GDPR compliance frameworks.
