IT Systems and Network Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on IT Operations & Systems Administrator to join our team onsite in Dubai. The role focuses on core IT operations, ensuring internal systems are secure, hardware is accounted for, and the team has the tools they need from day one. You will own onboarding to off‑boarding, enforce security protocols, and maintain SOPs while acting as the primary IT logistics contact.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an up‑to‑date registry of all hardware, including laptops, peripherals, and high‑performance GPU units.
• Lead technical onboarding and off‑boarding, provisioning and revoking hardware and software access promptly.
• Serve as the main liaison for external vendors such as Tech2Let for hardware leasing, maintenance, and procurement.
• Implement and enforce strict asset security protocols and data‑protection standards across all devices.
• Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures for IT support, system handovers, and emergency recovery.
• Manage secure transfer of hardware between team members, ensuring devices are wiped, inspected, and re‑imaged.
• Provide first‑line internal IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for the Dubai team.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration.
• Proven track record of managing physical assets and digital inventory systems.
• Strong experience developing and documenting IT SOPs.
• Deep knowledge of macOS and Windows administration, including MDM tools.
• Experience managing SSO and IAM platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, or Azure AD.
• Basic understanding of networking hardware and ability to troubleshoot office infrastructure.
• Firm understanding of data security, disk encryption, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to work onsite in Dubai to manage physical asset handovers and provide immediate support.
