IT Systems Support Officer

About the role

This fully remote position supports users across Microsoft 365 and core business applications for an international, people‑focused organisation. You will combine hands‑on troubleshooting with systems administration, cybersecurity support, and digital process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for Microsoft 365, hardware, software, login, connectivity and permission issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and system access, maintaining accurate access‑control processes.
• Coordinate complex technical issues with external IT providers and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing data, and system documentation.
• Document IT requests, changes, troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Assist with new system implementations, software updates, workflow changes and digital form deployments.
• Test system changes before rollout and identify recurring problems to propose improvements.
• Support cybersecurity, data privacy and access‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or systems support.
• Practical experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud‑based platforms.
• Hands‑on troubleshooting of hardware, software, user‑access and connectivity issues.
• Experience managing user accounts and permissions.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and data‑privacy fundamentals.
