Japanese Speaking Forex Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Japanese speaker to join our Dubai team as a Forex Sales Conversion Agent. You will use consultative sales techniques to turn high‑quality leads into active trading clients for our Forex and CFD products.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into active traders through consultative sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while ensuring compliance.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, trading products and industry developments.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Japanese (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex/CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong negotiation, objection‑handling and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
