About the role
We are looking for a motivated Jewellery Shop Assistant / Sales Associate to join our Dubai store. The role involves providing excellent customer service, showcasing our luxury jewellery collections, and driving sales in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Present jewellery collections and provide personalized recommendations.
- Actively drive sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Maintain an attractive and well‑organized shop presentation.
- Handle daily retail operations responsibly and reliably.
Required profile
- Previous retail or sales experience.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
- Fluent spoken English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and confidence when working with customers.
- Reliability, responsibility, and flexibility.
- Valid UAE residence visa and eligibility to work in Dubai.
- Available to start immediately.
