Joinery & Carpentry Worker – Dubai Interior Projects

About the role

Arez Royal, a Dubai‑based interior and architectural design firm, is looking for skilled Joinery & Carpentry Workers to deliver high‑quality interior fit‑out projects across residential, commercial and medical sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret carpentry drawings, measurements, cutting lists and installation instructions.
• Construct, assemble and install wooden fixtures such as doors, cabinets, wardrobes, kitchen units and wall panels.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape and finish wood and related materials with precision.
• Use hand tools, power tools and workshop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform on‑site fitting, alignment, adjustment, repair and finishing work according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, interior designers and other trades to keep project schedules on track.
• Inspect completed work for quality, stability and visual finish while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Required profile

• Practical experience in joinery, carpentry, cabinetry or interior fit‑out work.
• Ability to measure accurately and interpret drawings, layouts and cutting lists.
• Strong attention to detail, alignment and surface quality.
• Good teamwork, communication and punctuality, with compliance to site safety procedures.
• Physical ability to handle materials and work in active construction environments.

Required skills

• Reading carpentry drawings and cutting lists.
• Measuring and marking wood accurately.
• Cutting, assembling and installing wooden fixtures and built‑in furniture.
• Safe operation of hand tools, drills, saws, routers and sanders.
• Working with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates and solid wood.
