Joinery Storekeeper

About the role

The Joinery Storekeeper will manage the receipt, storage, and issue of all joinery‑related materials, hardware, tools and consumables for the factory and site teams. Reporting to the Factory / Operations Manager, the role ensures accurate inventory control and supports smooth production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive materials and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Store and organise joinery materials, hardware, accessories, tools and consumables.
• Issue materials to production and site teams based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update all incoming/outgoing transactions.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages and support purchasing.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and report any discrepancies.
• Control project‑specific materials and prevent unauthorised issuance.
• Maintain records of tools issued to employees.
• Report damaged, missing or incorrect materials immediately.
• Keep the store clean, organised, labelled and secure.

Required profile

• 2–3 years experience as a storekeeper, preferably in joinery, kitchens, furniture or fit‑out.
• Good knowledge of joinery hardware and materials.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong organisation, accuracy and sense of responsibility.
• UAE work experience preferred.
