About the role
Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Service Leader for cementing operations in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading a field crew, ensuring safe and efficient execution of cementing jobs, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with PDC and HR to recruit and develop operational staff, including performance assessments and disciplinary actions.
- Review cement job plans with technical professionals, address equipment concerns, and supervise crew adherence to Halliburton HSE and HMS procedures.
- Conduct pre‑ and post‑job safety meetings, manage change procedures when required, and evaluate job performance to identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain equipment readiness, monitor maintenance compliance, and apply findings to improve service efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop strong customer relationships on‑site, provide operational expertise, and resolve job disputes to approved levels.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist in cementing or related oilfield services.
