Junior Accountant AE

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Abu Dhabi. The role supports daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records and timely processing of transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare, review, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Perform bank, credit‑card, and account reconciliations.
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing procedures.
• Prepare financial reports, account summaries, and spreadsheets as required.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, payments, and account balances.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger maintenance.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Assist auditors by gathering and organizing financial documentation.
