Junior Accountant

About the role
The Junior Accountant will support the finance team in day‑to‑day accounting activities, ensuring accurate data entry, reconciliations and documentation. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation in accounting processes and exposure to finance software.
Key responsibilities
- Record routine journal entries and upload supporting documents into the accounting system.
- Assist with invoice processing, petty‑cash handling and employee reimbursements.
- Support bank and vendor account reconciliations and prepare draft financial summaries for senior review.
- Organise vouchers, receipts and journal entries, and help prepare audit documentation.
- Prepare and verify petty‑cash reports and participate in inventory and cash checks.
- Enter accurate data into MS Dynamics or other finance tools while complying with internal finance policies.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidate with basic accounting knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
Required skills
- MS Dynamics (or similar finance software).
