About the role
Al Waleed Real Estate is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join its finance team in Dubai. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to two years of experience who want to develop their accounting skills in a professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain day‑to‑day accounting records and bookkeeping activities.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and month‑end closing procedures.
- Prepare LPOs, invoices and payment vouchers.
- Support VAT and corporate tax compliance activities.
- Assist senior accountants with daily accounting and financial tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and VAT.
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
Required skills
- Bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
