Junior Accountant – Real Estate Development

About the role

Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC is looking for a Junior Accountant with direct experience in real‑estate development. The role will support the finance team in managing project financials, customer receivables, and broker commission calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Perform bank, customer and supplier reconciliations and manage accounts payable/receivable.
• Record and monitor project development costs, construction expenditures and escrow account transactions.
• Process property sales, cancellations, refunds and support revenue recognition for development projects.
• Calculate broker, agency and sales‑team commissions, verify eligibility and prepare monthly commission statements.
• Monitor customer payment plans, reconcile accounts, prepare aging reports and assist collection efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of accounting experience in the UAE and at least 3 years with a real‑estate developer.
• Proven experience calculating commissions for brokers, agencies and internal sales teams.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
