Junior Accounts Assistant / Procurement Officer

About the role
An organized, detail-oriented officer is needed to handle procurement and day-to-day administrative and finance support. The position is based in Dubai and requires in-person work.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, issue and track LPOs and compare supplier quotations
- Prepare the Monthly Price List Report
- Manage company vehicles: evaluation, finance, maintenance, renewals and drivers' schedule
- Track fuel consumption and top up petrol cards
- Handle biometric device technical issues
- Prepare and release cheques and manage petty cash
- Handle labour camp financial matters in coordination with HR
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, admin or accounts support (construction preferred)
- Procurement experience of 2 years required
- Accounting experience of 2 years required
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- ERP and accounting software is a plus
- Strong organization and record-keeping skills
